The Francis X. O’Regan Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) is the Franklin Public Schools' preschool program, meeting the complex learning needs of preschoolers with and without special needs. The teaching teams at ECDC provide a high-quality, nurturing environment that utilizes developmentally appropriate practices, multi-sensory and hands-on experiences that maximize learning for all children.
